There are 2 prepainted production lines, mainly producing mid-to-high-end building material sheets, home appliance color-coated sheets and other products. The machine set is developed by a well-known domestic design institute. The transmission equipment and power process equipment in the production line are all highly automated to achieve precise control in production. In order to ensure the adhesion effect and surface quality of the paint coating, multi-stage water washing is adopted, which greatly improves the surface quality of the color-coated sheet. The production line is connected to the curing furnace and equipped with a high-efficiency and energy-saving fresh air system and a waste heat utilization system to make full use of energy, protect environment.
